Apostolate to the Deaf, De Sales Society
There is Mass in sign language on the fourth Sunday of the month at 11:45 a.m. in the Parish Center Chapel, and an interpreter at the 9 am Mass on the first, second and third Sundays of the month at Saint Stanislaus Church. Our Sunday Mass is interpreted thanks to our parish volunteers.
The Bereavement Ministry of St. Stanislaus and Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parishes
On the second Thursday of each month, there is a general support group meeting offered at both parishes. There is a morning session offered at MMR from 10 to 11:30, and an evening session offered at St. Stanislaus from 7 to 8:30. During these 90 minutes, you will develop a sense of hope while healing, and a relief from the heartache for which you have been searching. You will never feel isolated or alone as the group patiently journeys with you through your valley of tears. See the Get Involved tab at the top of this page and click on Bereavement Ministry for more information and meeting details.
Food donations are collected at Sunday Mass and distributed once a month. For more information, or assistance, or if you can help, please call Sr. Barbara McGahan at the Parish Center
The Garden Group meets every Wednesday morning, weather permitting, at 8:45 am from Easter through Halloween to tend the grounds around the Church. (Flowers only; no lawn care.) The Garden Group has won several awards from both the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and area gardening associations. Our goal is to make the Church grounds beautiful and to attract people in our community to St. Stanislaus Church.

Respect Life Committee
To proclaim the Pro-Life message of the Catholic Church, giving witness to the Gospel of Life in word and deed. In the words of Pope John Paul II, “Today…the Church must, with clarity and patience, strongly uphold the Right to Life of everyone, especially of those not yet born, who therefore need special protection.” This committee promotes programs on all life issues, abortion, euthanasia, death penalty and AIDS. Its members promote the annual Respect Life Sunday and the March for Life in Washington, D.C. The committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 8 pm in the Parish Center.
