St. Stanislaus Catholic Church is located in Lansdale, PA. Founded in 1876 to serve a growing Catholic population between Glenside and Doylestown, St. Stanislaus is the “mother Church” of many of our neighboring Catholic parishes, particularly in the North Penn area. We are part of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and grounded in the sacramental, liturgical, moral and prayer traditions of the Roman Catholic Church. The various ministries of parish outreach and service touch many of our non-Catholic and Catholic neighbors. St. Stanislaus co-sponsors Mater Dei (Latin for “Mother of God”) Catholic School, a pre-K through 8th grade elementary school that stresses Faith, Service and Excellence. Anyone with school-aged children is welcome to tour the school to discover that the students matter at Mater Dei! Sunday Masses are celebrated at 7am, 9am, and 11am in English, and at 1pm in Spanish. The Saturday Vigil Mass is at 5:15pm. Everyone is welcome to join with us to worship our loving God of abundance! Why not make this Lent one to remember by coming to Mass and Reconciliation.
We, the members of St. Stanislaus Roman Catholic Community profess that we are one people in Jesus Christ, whose life gives us meaning, and whose resurrection gives us hope.
In accepting Baptism, we declare ourselves to be a hold people called to form a personal relationship with Jesus and challenges to bring greater unity to our community through prayer, worship, services, education and acts of love.
As stewards, we gratefully respond to God’s gifts by welcoming those in our midst, respecting one another, caring for each other’s needs, creating harmony, healing brokenness and dispelling fears.
Led by the light and strength of the Holy Spirit, together, we accept our mission to live the Gospel message and continue the work of Jesus in our North Penn community and in our world.
