Girl and Boy Scouts

Boy Scouts Troop 414

ARE YOU LOOKING FOR FUN AND ADVENTURE?  JOIN BOY SCOUTING!

For boys in grades 6 through grade 12 grade (ages 11- 18)

Troop 414 strives to be the scouting program of choice for boys and their families who value and practice the ideals of truth, knowledge, and spiritual well-being.

Have you ever been to Gettysburg, PA? How about Canada? When was the last time you went fishing or took a tour of the United States Military Academy at West Point? How about camping in the Pocono Mountains, or the Finger Lakes in New York?  All of these activities and much more are part of St. Stanislaus Boy Scout Troop 414 program over the last year.

Troop 414 has been around for 51 years.  The leadership is taught and the boys run the troop and activities. They learn many skills they can use in life.

We have well over 50 eagle scouts, who have gone out into the world and have done great things.

Right now we have one scout about to make his Eagle, another finishing his Life award and is working on Eagle,

Another made his Star award recently, One boy recently earned his First Class, and the last two became scouts and are working on the Tenderfoot rank.

We have put in many service hours to our community, including scouting for food, clean up at summer camps, restoration at Boy Scout camps, helping out the Knights of Columbus, setting up and running a booth for the St. Stans festival.

If you think you would be interested in this kind of fun and activity, please have a parent call Scoutmaster Thea Davey (267-222-0413) for more information. The troop meets every Tuesday Night at 7:30pm at Little Flower Hall.
