The Society hopes to answer the call of Pope St. John Paul II that ‘members of the Church who are active scientists’ be of service to those who are attempting to ‘integrate the worlds of science and religion in their own intellectual and spiritual lives.’ In its first two years, the SCS grew to over 800 members. Over 120 scientists attended its 2018 conference, along with dozens of theologians, philosophers, and historians.  To learn more about this new organization in the Church, visit: https://www.catholicscientists.org/
