Presence—The Mystery of the Eucharist: This three-part series explores the radical mystery of God’s love expressed in the Eucharist and shows how God is really present in this sacrament to help and strengthen us at every step of life’s journey.  By diving into the story of God’s love for his people in Scripture and the Church’s teaching on this sacrament, this study invites each of us into a deeper, more intimate union with God and reminds us that God’s love is never far away. Novena of Prayer to St. Peregrine for Healing: Corpus Christi Parish’s Annual Nine Week Novena of Prayer for Healing to St. Peregrine, Patron Saint of Cancer Patients, begins every Wednesday evening, starting from February 27 through April 24 at 6:30pm in the chapel. The Novena will immediately follow Benediction which begins at 6:30pm.

Mass of Anointing of the Sick:On Wednesday, April 24, the closing night of the Novena, there will be a Mass of Anointing of the Sick following the Novena; the Novena will be at 6:30pm. with Mass at 7:30pm  in the Church.  The Main Celebrant will be Father Pio Mandato. Join us for a Mass in support of those suffering from addiction. All are invited to St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Spring City on Saturday, March 16 at 11am. The celebrant is Rev. Charles R. O’Hara, Pastor. A healing blessing will be offered after Mass. Addiction has touched far too many families and taken far too many of our loved ones. The Annual Archdiocesan Mass Honoring the Gifts of Persons with Disabilities, The Deaf Community, Family, Friends and Caregivers is Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul at 18th and Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia.  Archbishop Charles J. Chaput, O.F.M. Cap., will be the principal celebrant and homilist.  There will be a reception immediately following the Mass.  All are Welcome. A Perfect Gift of Love: Worldwide Marriage Encounter Weekend: April 12-14. Designed to help married couples communicate more intimately with one another in order to deepen and enrich their relationship, this weekend is free from everyday routines, distractions, and tensions.  An atmosphere is created where the couple is able to concentrate exclusively on each other in a private, confidential environment. 

A series of presentations that touch on many aspects of marriage are given by three couples and a Catholic priest. After each presentation, the couple has time in the privacy of their own room for personal sharing using communication techniques taught on the weekend.  There are no “group discussions”. The weekend starts at 8pm on Friday and runs until 4pm on Sunday. All faith expressions are welcome! First Thursday Breakfast Club: The Breakfast Club is held on designated First Thursdays of the year at Saint Maria Goretti Parish and provides a way for people to gather together in friendship following their time spent together in worship and prayer.  Coffee, tea, juice, and nutritious breakfast refreshments are served along with lots of laughter and conversation.  There is no cost to participate in the and no registration is required.  Non-parishioners are always welcome.  Saint Maria Goretti Church Narthex, following the 8:30am Mass. Low-cost Dental Exams! Even without insurance! We are dental hygiene students at Montgomery County Community College looking for patients for our final semester of the program.  Appointments are a bit longer than in a dentist office as all work is checked by the school’s dentist or instructor. On average patients will be in for 2 to 4 3.5 hour appointments — a time commitment, but prices are very competitive: Adults and children, $20. Adults +55, $15. MC3 students, $10.
