Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

stained_glassThe Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is a process of instruction, prayer and community experience that leads to full communion in the Catholic Church. Through the RCIA we hope to share with you our understanding of who God is and how we live out our relationship with God in the Faith Family we call the Catholic Church. Because the RCIA is a process, it does not require a decision today. It is a time for discernment, a time for you to discover more about yourself, your faith and your relationship with God. You may or may not decide to live out this relationship in the Catholic Church. What we offer in the RCIA are the tools for discernment and an opportunity for your own religious growth within a supportive community. RCIA sessions are held on Wednesday evenings from September to May. For information, contact the Parish Center at 215-855-3133.
