CYO Fall Sports Sign Ups are Now Open!
Registration for all CYO fall sports (Cross Country, Soccer, Volleyball, Cheerleading, and Robotics) is now open to all 5th through 8th graders. To be eligible to play one of these CYO sports, your child must be a registered parishioner at St. Stanislaus Church and attend either St. Stanislaus PREP or attend a Catholic school (including private Catholic academies). Attention all students 5th through 8th grade: Registration for the 2016 Corpus Christi Cougar football program,  JV (5th/6th grade) and Varsity (7th/8th grade),  is open through July 31 for members of Corpus Christi, Saint Stanislaus, Mary, Mother of the Redeemer and Saint Rose parishes. Visit to sign up. Programs are competitive but designed to allow all kids to play in games with an A & B schedule based on skill level. If your child is interested in learning the game of football, the Cougar program is a great place to play, participate in a CYO environment and have some fun. Energetic coaches needed at both the JV and Varsity levels. Position Openings for St. Stanislaus CYO Board
St. Stanislaus CYO Board is looking to fill a few openings for its Board starting in September 2016. We are looking for individuals who:
– maintain strong Catholic values;
– lead by good Christian example;
– understand that CYO is not solely a competitive sports organization; and,
– strive to support our parish and community needs.

Volunteer Clearances

As volunteers of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, YOU are the first line of defense in the Archdiocese’s commitment to keep the children entrusted to our care safe from abuse.

Compliance Guidelines

The following guidelines are reflective of the 2015 changes to Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law and Archdiocesan Policy for the Protection of Children and Young People effective July 1, 2015.

Archdiocesan policy requires all volunteers with any possible contact with minors to obtain clearances, as required by Pennsylvania law.  Archdiocesan compliance guidelines state that clearances should be submitted prior to the commencement of employment or volunteer service with no exceptions. Clearances are renewed every three years.

In summary every volunteer must submit either the Disclosure Statement OR the FBI Fingerprint Clearance in addition to BOTH the PA State Police Criminal Record Check and PA Department of Public Welfare Child Abuse Clearance Check.

Obtaining Required Background Checks Electronically

    Volunteers must click on the Department of Human Services icon to be directed to the proper location. The Agency ID number is not a required field, please skip over that.
  • Cost $25.75 which can be reimbursed with submission of invoice copy and completed fingerprint certificate.
  • Original blue certificate to be submitted to SE Coordinator.

Obtaining Required Background Checks Manually

  1. PA State Police Criminal Record Check and PA Department Human Services Child Abuse History Clearance: 
  • Complete Section 1 of the PA Child Abuse History Clearance and Consent to Release of Information Authorization Form which will be used to obtain the Pa State Police Criminal Record check and the Pa Child Abuse Clearances. Be sure to list parents if you were under 18 in 1974.  Sign the form and submit to the SE Coordinator for processing.
  1. Federal Bureau of Investigation Fingerprint Clearance: 
  • Submit the completed FBI Fingerprinting Personal Information Form for processing.
  • SE coordinator will generate a certificate to take with photo id to fingerprint site.
  • Original blue certificate to be submitted to SE Coordinator.
