There is Mass in sign language on the fourth Sunday of the month at 11:45 a.m. in the Parish Center Chapel, and an interpreter at the 9 am Mass on the first, second and third Sundays of the month at Saint Stanislaus Church. Our Sunday Mass is interpreted thanks to our parish volunteers.
A Night of Reflection and Healing for Those Who Have Experienced the Death of a Child
The loss of a child of any age, pre-born to adult, through miscarriage, illness or other tragedy, is a life-changing experience for parents, grandparents and siblings as well as family friends. All are welcome to this night of reflection and healing offered by Kathleen McCarthy at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish on Friday, April 25 at 7 pm. Kathleen is President of the In His Sign radio network, a published author, and a frequent conference speaker at Malvern Retreat House. Having been in the healing ministry for over three decades, she will share the message of hope in God’s merciful love. The Bereavement Ministry occasionally offers an 8-week support group for anyone who is grieving the death of a loved one. The program offers information about the grief process and gives an opportunity to share thoughts and feelings in an understanding setting. The next sessions take place on Thursday evenings at Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish beginning March 27 and running through May 22. Topics will include Understanding Our Feelings, Coping with Loneliness, and the Spiritual Elements of Grief. For more information and to pre-register, call Mary at 215.646.4192.

The Garden Group meets every Wednesday morning, weather permitting, at 8:45 am from Easter through Halloween to tend the grounds around the Church. (Flowers only; no lawn care.) The Garden Group has won several awards from both the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society and area gardening associations. Our goal is to make the Church grounds beautiful and to attract people in our community to St. Stanislaus Church.
This group meets at 7 pm in the Parish Center kitchen on the first and third Tuesday of each month, all year.
This committee prepares and packages meals for those who are homebound, recently hospitalized or just need a hot, hearty meal. You contribute your portion by cooking an entree or side dish of your choice, or purchasing a food item. The volunteer commitment is 1 to 2 hours per month.
Respect Life Committee
The Saint Stanislaus Respect Life Committee is holding a diaper drive in March to benefit the Legacy of Life Foundation Centers in Bucks County and Center City Philadelphia. Please drop off all donations in the assigned boxes in the vestibules of Church on Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23. The needs of the Centers at this time are: Large diapers (size 4, 5, and 6), baby wipes, baby lotions, shampoo, diaper ointment such as Desitin, and baby wash. Thank you.
To proclaim the Pr0-Life message of the Catholic Church, giving witness to the Gospel of Life in word and deed. In the words of Pope John Paul II, “Today…the Church must, with clarity and patience, strongly uphold the Right to Life of everyone, especially of those not yet born, who therefore need special protection.” This committee promotes programs on all life issues, abortion, euthanasia, death penalty and AIDS. Its members promote the annual Respect Life Sunday and the March for Life in Washington, D.C. The committee meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 8 pm in the Parish Center.
This group meets every six weeks at 7 pm in the Parish Center.
The Stewardship Committee is committed to helping the Faith community of St. Stanislaus Parish share their gifts of time, talent and treasure by providing opportunities to become disciples of Jesus Christ.
